Benchmark GIS is run by Mark Miller, a GIS practitioner since 1991. Mark has been providing GIS consulting to a diverse range of clientele in both natural resources and local government. He has taught as an adjunct professor at Northland College, teaching both introductory and advanced courses in GIS, and has also been an ESRI-authorized ArcView Instructor. Mark received a Master of Science degree in Environmental Monitoring, a GIS and remote sensing program within the Institute for Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.
